Vaikuttamo-project, Partner

 The Vaikuttamo project has won several awards:

  • Students and Local Decision-Making project: the best European e-learning solution in 2002 (with several hundred competing entries in the contest)
  • Quality award for the development of web-based teaching, awarded by the Ministry of Education and the Finnish National Board of Education in 2003
  • An invitation to the international e-learning -related Global Junior Challenge finals in Rome in 2004
  • Honourable mention from the Finnish prime minister: the most socially innovative online service in 2004
