It then lets you step back and provide your organization with facilities to understand how work gets done. All-in-all, Ad hoc Workflows helps everyone improve efficiency, productivity and organizational learning.

With Ad hoc workflow, you simply capture and re-apply your work patterns. Ad hoc Workflows tracks tasks and helps you figure out later what mattered. To re-use, pick a set of past steps and use them as a template, or use the Workflow Designer to rework your practices.
