Training
Ambientia provides training services tailored to fit the client’s own needs. These training services range from the use of a certain software to more broad and in-depth training on web technology and web communication. Ambientia provides training for all the solutions that we produce. In addition to training, user manuals for Ambientia’s applications are available both in Finnish and English.
Introduction training
When introducing a new web service, training is provided for the administrators. In this training session, we go through the basic features of the update system, the possible modules and service-specific solutions from the administrator’s point of view. Introduction training is also provided when introducing new application versions and possible new modules.
Revision training
Revision training can be provided for users and administrators if they wish to revise topics that were gone through in the introduction training. Revision training can also emphasise on practical exercises and solving any update-related problems.
Image processing training
Ambientia also provides image processing training for administrators who need to add images to a web service. This training covers the basics of image processing: fixing small defects in images, changing the size of an image, cropping the image, saving the image in a suitable format, and adding the image as a part of the web service.
