Applications management means the management of the life cycle of applications. It also includes support services for applications that are already in use.

Content of the service

The company uses an application and wants to update it or replace it with a new one:

  • We receive and document the application.
  • The application is installed on the server environment and attached to the necessary monitoring systems. The applications may also be located on a server of the customer or a third party.
  • We instruct our Customer Service Centre and Network Operations Centre to monitor and maintain the application.
  • If needed, we also offer development services to complement our support.

For what kinds of applications?

The service can be used, when:

  • Browser-based Java EE applications are used
  • You want a complete service package: servers, monitoring, maintenance and support.
  • You require 24/7 hosting services.
  • You want to keep developing the applications or replace them with a new one.
